Cindy has worked in the Marketing department at Ideal CU since 1995. She worked as a broadcast and print journalist prior to pursuing a career in public relations and marketing. Cindy has a passion for wine, painting, politics and Peyton Manning. She enjoys blogging about wine and visiting local wineries, power walking and watching Life in Pieces. Cindy is a member of the Minnesota Grape Growers Association (MGGA) and a strong advocate for cold climate wines produced in Minnesota and the upper midwest.

Ideal CU to hold Free Home Education Seminars this Fall

(Woodbury, MN – September 14, 2015) Ideal Credit Union will host two free Home Education Seminars this fall. The first, a Home Selling seminar, set for Saturday, September 26 from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m., will guide attendees through the process of selling a home with confidence. Ideal CU Mortgage Loan Advisor Kathy Glashan, along with guest realtor Karen Stang of Carriage Realty and Beth Marlette of Adobe Home Staging & Design, will discuss the dos and don’ts of the home selling process, tips and tricks to optimize your profit and more.

Ideal CU Community Appreciation Event Another Huge Success

comm winner north(Woodbury, MN – August 27, 2015) – Last year’s Community Appreciation event was such a big hit, Ideal Credit Union did it again - five branches in five days from August 10 to 14, 2015. Members and the community were invited to stop by one or all five branches to enjoy a grilled hot dog and receive a free sample $1.00 bill from the vault, which would be the ticket to winning $1,000 in one of the credit union’s five daily drawings.

World Champions – now what?

World Champions – now what?

My Denver Broncos won the Super Bowl on February 7. I have been a diehard Broncos fan since they signed Peyton Manning back in 2012. I have a wealth of orange and blue Broncos collateral throughout my house, including a Peyton Manning shrine in the middle of my living room. You might say I bleed orange during football season and everyone within earshot knows if they are having a good game or have had better days.
