What you should do before and after the upgrade
Review the re-enrollment checklist below to help you prepare for the upgrade and get started once it's complete.
Before the upgrade
- Verify your contact information is correct in the current Online Banking.
- Record / Export eAlerts, Account Notifications and Transaction Categories (if currently in use).
After the upgrade
- Re-enroll in the enhanced Ideal Digital Banking on September 25th
- Download the enhanced Mobile Banking App
- Learn about your enhanced Dashboard
- Reestablish optional settings
