Mobile Web & Text Banking
Enroll in Mobile Web & Text Banking
If your device doesn't support the Ideal Mobile Banking App or you don't want the app installed on your device, you can still enjoy mobile banking using Mobile Web or Text Banking.
Enroll your phone
- Log in to Ideal Online Banking.
- Select User Services,
- Under Manage Account, select Mobile Enrollment.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
Once you've completed enrollment, you will have access to Mobile Web and Text Banking. You can access Mobile Web by selecting "Access Mobile Web" below when using your mobile device.
Text Banking Commands

|Login||L||Receive a URL for the Ideal Credit Union Mobile Browser website (user must first activate their mobile web browser)|
|Recover||R||Receive a URL and new activation code for the Ideal Credit Union Mobile Browser website (user must first activate their mobile web browser)|
|Stop||S||De-activate all Ideal Credit Union text services|
IMPORTANT NOTE - Only one (1) Ideal CU Online Banking Access ID per device; multiple Access IDs on one device are not supported.
