Job Openings
We have an immediate opening for a Mortgage Sales Manager at our North Saint Paul office. This is an in-office position and may require travel to other offices or locations to assist members, provide training or conduct community-based events.
This individual is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of mortgage loan originators to achieve production goals while delivering an exceptional member experience. This role supports the credit union's 'people helping people' philosophy by fostering meaningful relationships, promoting financial well-being, and driving sustainable, member-focused mortgage growth.
Qualified candidates should have the following:
- Five years to eight years of similar or related experience.
- Five to eight years of sales management experience.
- Experience with Encompass 360 and DNC POS.
The starting rate of pay is $82,498.62 – $87,654.79 per year plus a monthly incentive plan for additional earning potential. Excellent benefits including health/dental insurance, personal leave, tuition reimbursement, life insurance and retirement.

Ideal Credit Union is looking for enthusiastic employees who enjoy sales and working with the public. We have an immediate opening for a Contact Center Representative I position at our Woodbury Office. Prior telephone or contact center experience is preferred, prior credit union experience is helpful. This position provides members and prospective members with professional, accurate and friendly service via the phone as well as meets members' needs by resolving issues and making product recommendations while utilizing credit union service quality standards and the Preferred Way of Selling. Once fully trained (which may take up to six months), this individual may work from home. Please note, the work from home option is not guaranteed and needs to be approved by their manager based on performance standards.
