Delete Digital Banking Account

Ideal Credit Union Digital Banking Profile Account Deletion

Submit your request simply by contacting us:

  • Mail your request to Ideal Credit Union, Attn: Digital Banking, 8499 Tamarack Road, Woodbury, MN 55125

Please note, this request is to delete your Digital Banking profile only. No financial accounts will be deleted or closed.

Digital Banking Data Retention

When you request the deletion of your digital banking profile account, the following data will be deleted:

  • Personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, and phone number
  • Records of your financial transactions within the digital banking profile

Historical user activity from the digital banking profile will be stored a minimum of seven years for legal regulatory and business requirements. This includes, but not limited to, user login activity, IP Address and other auditable activity performed within the digital banking profile.
