As Ideal Credit Union Celebrates 100 Years, Its Commitment to People and Purpose Earns Consecutive Best Places to Work Recognition

Woodbury, MN. June 11, 2026—Ideal Credit Union has been named a  2026 Minneapolis – St. Paul Business Journal Best Places to Work honoree, marking its second consecutive year receiving the recognition.

The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal's Best Places to Work awards recognize outstanding employers in the Twin Cities based on confidential employee feedback. Honorees are selected using survey data collected and analyzed by Quantum Workplace, which measures factors such as employee engagement, workplace culture, leadership, communication, and overall job satisfaction. Ideal Credit Union was the only credit union recognized among this year’s 65 honorees. 

All Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal's Best Places to Work honorees will be recognized at an event at CHS Field on August 20th and featured in a special publication on August 21st.
