Credit Card Alerts

Stay on top of your Ideal CU Visa Credit Card activity with email and text alerts. Get notified about purchases, unusual charges, and potential fraud so you can respond quickly and keep your account secure.

Here's how to sign up for the alerts: 

On a Browser
  1. Log in to Ideal Digital Banking
  2. Go to More, then to Tools and select Manage Credit Card
  3. Select Manage Card, then select Alerts and Controls
  4. Choose Manage Card Alerts
  5. Toggle the alerts you want to receive
  6. Pick your delivery method and click Save
On the Mobile App
  1. Log in to the Ideal Digital Banking App
  2. Tap More from the bottom menu
  3. Select Manage Credit Card under Tools
  4. Tap Alerts and Controls, then Manage Card Alerts
  5. Toggle the alerts you want to receive
  6. Pick your delivery method and tap Save

Debit Card Alerts

You can set up email and text alerts for your Ideal CU Debit Card to keep an eye on purchases, withdrawals and other activity. It’s a simple way to spot anything unusual and stay on top of your account.

Here's how to sign up for the alerts:

On a Browser
  1. Log in to Ideal Digital Banking
  2. Go to More, then to Tools and select Manage Debit Card
  3. Choose Controls & Alerts
  4. Select Alerts
  5. Choose Alert for all transactions or selected transactions
On the Mobile App
  1. Log in to the Ideal Digital Banking App
  2. Tap More from the bottom menu
  3. Select Manage Debit Card under Tools
  4. Tap Controls & Alerts
  5. Choose Alert for all activities or selected card activities
