Monitor & Track Transactions

It's easy to keep up with your Ideal CU Visa Credit Card transactions using Ideal Digital Banking.

On Mobile:

Log in to the Ideal CU App
Select More, then Account and Credit Card
Your recent transaction history will appear

If you would also like to see your monthly credit card statement, follow the desktop instructions.

On Desktop:

Log in to Ideal Digital Banking
Select Credit Card from the Accounts Menu
Your recent transaction history will appear

On Mobile:

Log in to Ideal CU App and select More
Select Tools and then Manage Credit Card
Select the card you wish to manage
Click on Toggle to turn card Off or On
Follow onscreen prompts

On Desktop:

Log in to Ideal Online Banking
Select Manage Credit Cards from Tools Menu
Select the card you wish to manage
Click on Alerts and Controls
Click on Toggle to turn card Off or On

Request a Balance Transfer

If you're paying off debt with a high rate elsewhere, you could save money by transferring that balance to your Ideal CU Visa Credit Card at a lower rate. You can easily request a balance transfer anytime.

On Mobile:

Log in to Ideal CU App and select More
Select Tools and then Manage Credit Card
Click on the card you wish to manage
From the options list, click on Balance Transfer
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request

Log in to Ideal Digital Banking
Click on Tools and select Card Management
Click on the card you wish to manage
From the options list, click on Balance Transfer
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request

Set Up Visa Transaction & Fraud Alerts

You'll always know what's going on with your Ideal CU Visa Credit Card through email and text alerts. Find out when certain transactions take place, such as purchases exceeding a set amount, made outside the country, online or over the phone and more. Plus, you can activate fraud alerts that automatically flag suspicious activity.

How do I set up auto pay for my credit card?

In the mobile app, go to More and select Transfer.
On desktop, select Transfer, then choose Make a transfer.

Choose the account you want to pay from and your credit card as the payment destination. Select Last Statement Balance, set the frequency to Monthly, and choose a payment date. Many members select the 13th in case the 14th falls on a weekend or holiday. Set the series end date to Never and add an optional memo if you’d like.

Why did my credit card decline?

During business hours, type “Agent” for help. After hours, call 1-800-449-7728. You can also send a Secure Message in Digital Banking under Tools > Message Center.
