Operations Representative – Retirement Accounts
We have an immediate opening for an Operations Representative – Retirement Accts position at our Woodbury office/hybrid. This individual will be responsible for supporting members and staff within the market with operational needs. Experience with IRAs and HSAs is required; experience with ESAs/Coverdell and DNA is preferred. Qualified candidates should have experience with administering tax-advantaged accounts ensuring appropriate and accurate records are maintained for all applications, maintenance and transactions. Qualified candidates must also have prior experience processing HSA and IRA transfers to or from other financial providers as well as experience processing death claims for all tax-advantaged accounts. Desirable qualifications include prior experience with creating, reviewing and updating necessary training materials as it relates to tax-advantaged accounts or processes related to Operations; in addition, experience maintaining a general knowledge and understanding of safe deposit boxes, business and specialty account processes as they relate to Operations to serve as a back-up when needed is helpful. Starting rate of pay is $24.15 - $25.66 per hour. Excellent benefits including health/dental insurance, personal leave, tuition reimbursement, life insurance and retirement.
