(Woodbury, MN – February 15, 2018) Ideal Credit Union has announced the promotion of Tina Howe to E-Branch Manager. Howe joined the Ideal team in 2000 and has worked as a teller, Contact Center representative and was an exceptional employee in the electronic banking channels. She has 18 years of experience in the financial services industry.
In her new position, Howe will be responsible for implementation, enhancement and support of the credit union’s electronic banking products and services, providing exceptional customer service and support of Ideal’s electronic banking platform to internal employees as well as external customers, in person, over the phone and through email or online services.
Howe’s volunteer efforts include Meals on Wheels and Feed My Starving Children and her children’s school theatre program. In her spare time she enjoys scrapbooking, bowling, going on cruises and spending time with her family.
