Enroll today and send money to friends and family:

1  Log in to the Ideal Credit Union Digital Banking App
2  Select "Message Center" under Tools
3  Compose a new message
4  Select the subject: "Request Zelle® Service"
5  Answer the questions in the body of the message and send message
 
Once the request has been submitted, it may take up to two business days to receive a response.
 
 

Zelle® Frequently Asked Questions

1 U.S. checking or savings account required to use Zelle®. Transactions between enrolled users typically occur in minutes.

2 In order to send payment requests or split payment requests to a U.S. mobile number, the mobile number must already be enrolled with Zelle®.
