Danielle is the Marketing/ Social Media Coordinator at Ideal Credit Union. She studied at the University of Wisconsin – River Falls and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. Her key role is to connect with member in the community about Ideal CU through different forms of social media.


Some of Danielle’s hobbies include seeing new movies at the local Alamo Theater, tubing down the river, and recreational co-ed softball.

Josh Anderson is a Business Relationship Specialist at Ideal Credit Union with seven years of experience in the financial industry. His mission is to provide Ideal's members with the services, products, and resources needed for success in business and beyond.


Prior to his position as Business Relationship Specialist, Josh served as Branch Manager of the credit union’s Hugo office, where he was responsible for developing growth strategies to ensure the branch’s success.

Senior Wealth Advisor Craig Lundquist brings close to 15 years of experience in the financial and retirement planning industry. He is registered to sell investments and licensed for insurance in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Mortgage Loan Advisor
Cynthia has been with Ideal CU since 1991. She has worked in the Cash Services, Member Service and Mortgage areas. She has dedicated her career to identifying members' needs and ensuring that they products and services they hold are tailored to them. In her spare time Cynthia enjoys spending time with her children and 6 grandchildren.

Senior Mortgage Loan Advisor


Kathy has been in the mortgage industry since 1989 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. Joining Ideal Credit Union’s team in 2009, Kathy is committed to helping each borrower find the best mortgage solution to meet their needs.  In her spare time she enjoys time on the lake, fishing with her son and watching her daughter play softball.


 

Member Service Representative | Floater


Austin is a financial educator and employee at Ideal CU. Also, a college student at Minnesota State University, Mankato and involved with several on-campus organization. He started as a Student Representative at Ideal CU’s Tartan branch when the credit union first opened. Now he has been working at Ideal CU for more than 4 years as a Teller and Member Service Representative at all of the different office locations. Austin has a passion for business and he aspires to become a Chief Financial Officer and entrepreneur. During his free time, he loves to travel and spend time in the great outdoors camping or go on the lake whenever possible!


 

Vice President of Mortgage Operations
Faith has been a part of the Ideal CU Team since 1996 and joined the mortgage team in 1998, where Faith soon learned the real estate market was in for a roller coaster ride of a lifetime and became committed to ensuring the credit union philosophy was upheld and sound mortgages were provided. While outside of the credit union you will find Faith enjoying time with her husband, son, and dogs enjoying the outdoors (weather permitting) or catching a new flick in the cinema.  

Senior eMarketing Administrator


Jason is the Senior eMarketing Administrator at Ideal Credit Union. His top priority as a digital/web marketer is providing valued content to members and the community letting them know how Ideal Credit Union can help them achieve their Ideal Life.


Off the clock Jason enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and keeping up on current events.

Marketing Communications Manager


Cindy has worked in the Marketing department at Ideal CU since 1995 and currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Ideal CU Community Foundation. She worked as a broadcast and print journalist prior to pursuing a career in public relations and marketing. Cindy has a passion for wine, painting, political advocacy and the Denver Broncos. She enjoys blogging about wine and visiting local wineries, power walking and watching Netflix. Cindy is a member of the Minnesota Grape Growers Association (MGGA), the Southern MN Wine Grower Alliance (SMWGA) and is a strong advocate for cold climate wines produced in Minnesota and the upper midwest. She holds a Wine & Spirits Eduation Trust (WSET) Level 1 Certification in Wines and is a certified server.
