Google Pay is the simple and secure way to make purchases with your Google phone in stores and in mobile apps. Currently, all Ideal Visa credit cards are available for use with Google Pay.

Google Pay utilizes tokenization and fingerprint authorization to protect your card information. The tokenization method generates a unique alphanumeric identifier for each purchase you make, which means your actual card number is never used or shared with the merchant.
Get Started with Google Pay
Adding your Ideal card is simple and quick:
- Download the Google Pay app for Android or Apple devices.
- Use your camera to enter your card information automatically. You'll be prompted to enter the security code found on the back of your card.
- Use the information provided to contact Ideal CU and complete your card verification.
Once you have completed these steps and verified your card activation with an Ideal CU representative, your card will be ready to use for Google Pay.
